What do you really want?

What do you really want?

What do you really want? This week’s magic words are about learning to get specific — on both sides of a conversation — and what opens up when you do.

There’s Only One Faucet

There’s only one faucet, and it carries all the emotions: joy, pain, pleasure, sadness, fear, anger. If you want to love your life, you have to get good at feeling your pain.

Say The Thing

Avoiding hard conversations doesn’t make them go away—it just makes them heavier. Here’s how telling the truth can set everything in motion.

Courage First

When you’re stuck or scared to start, it’s not clarity you’re missing—it’s courage. Real change begins before you feel ready.

Resenvy

Resenvy is my made-up word for that messy cocktail of resentment, envy, grief, and shame that flares up when someone else claims a freedom we’ve denied ourselves. It shows up when they say no and we didn’t. When they take a stand we told ourselves wasn’t possible. Spotting it doesn’t make the trigger vanish—but it can ease the pressure, like lancing a blister. Naming it gives us a handle. And from there, we can begin to choose something new.

Inner Naturalist

A true naturalist doesn’t try to control the wild. They witness it with reverence. What if you brought the same attention to your inner world?

Womb Surround

I’m in awe of how powerful these workshops are. Our world would be a better place if more people got support to unravel their early trauma.
