The Simple
Pleasure Plan
A one-page daily practice for noticing, receiving, and building more pleasure into your life—starting today.

You know how to achieve. But do you know how to enjoy?
Most high achievers are excellent at doing, optimizing, and producing. They’re not nearly as practiced at receiving, savoring, and actually feeling good.
It’s not a character flaw. Your brain is literally wired to scan for what’s wrong, your culture rewards productivity over presence, and nobody gave you a roadmap for this. Most of us have spent decades becoming experts at achievement and almost no time becoming experts at pleasure.
That’s a skill gap. And skill gaps can be closed.
What You’re Getting
One page. Two check-ins. A practice you’ll actually do.
The morning starts here—not with a to-do list, but with presence. Training yourself to notice what’s already good is how the whole thing starts to shift.
Your rational mind needs a reason. This question gives it one—so it stops arguing and gets on board.
Anticipating pleasure is itself pleasurable. Naming specific things with specific times makes them real. This is how intentions become habits.
Your brain remembers what you pay attention to. The evening check-in is how you start retraining it toward the good stuff—one day at a time.

Pleasure is not the reward for a good life. It’s the fuel for one. The research is unambiguous: positive emotions expand creativity, improve memory, protect from burnout, and make you more productive. The grind-now-enjoy-later formula is backwards.
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’m a coach who helps unsatisfied high achievers find true, lasting fulfillment. I’ve spent years studying why smart, capable people can have everything going for them and still feel like something’s missing—and what actually changes it.
The Simple Pleasure Plan came directly out of my masterclass on this topic. It’s designed to be the simplest possible daily practice—short enough that you’ll actually do it, specific enough that it moves the needle.
I’m trained as a yoga teacher and craniosacral therapist, certified as a Big Leap Coach with Gay and Katie Hendricks, and have spent years studying with the Conscious Leadership Group. I believe pleasure, play, and presence aren’t luxuries. They’re the whole point.

Want to go deeper?
The Simple Pleasure Plan is a great starting place. But if you’re ready to really understand what’s been getting in the way of your enjoyment—and do something about it—that’s the work I do with people in coaching.
A free 60-minute consultation is a good place to start. We’ll look at your life as a whole and explore:
- Where you are now—and where you actually want to be
- What’s blocking your enjoyment and draining your energy
- What a life with more aliveness could look like for you
- Whether working together makes sense
Even if we decide coaching isn’t the right fit, people often leave with much more clarity.
